Newsflash! If you didn’t know already, sugar is bad for your health.
Check out the 141 reasons sugar ruins your health. Reading it just gives me the jitters but the sad thing is, I like sugar. I ahve a sweet tooth. I don’t crave chips and can go days without any salty food but I simply must have something sweet everyday. It’s worse than crack! Super addictive, it’s terribly hard to wean off it.
After watching the video at the end of the post, I decided to make a list of how to cut sugar from your diet:
