The 12 Days of Christmas Fitness Challenge

Came across this Christmas Fitness challenge from Tribesports that will get you from fat to fit in no time.

Here are the rules:

1st Day of fitness: 1 minute plank
2nd Day of fitness: 2 minute wall squat
3rd Day of fitness: 3 minute bridge
4th Day of fitness: 4 burpees
5th Day of fitness: 5 star jumps
6th Day of fitness: 6 push ups
7th Day of fitness: 7 mountain climbers
8th Day of fitness: 8 squats
9th Day of fitness: 9 chair dips
10th Day of fitness: 10 tuck jumps
11th Day of fitness: 11 lunges
12th Day of fitness: 12 crunches

The 12 days of Fitness Challenge rules

  1. You must add each exercise to the previous day’s exercise (so 3rd day would be bridge, wall squat and plank etc)
  2. This Challenge lasts 12 days, no rushing through it all in one day!
  3. Extra points for completing with festive attire on!
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Are you game to take this challenge? I think it is doable but with so many social commitments , I think I will save it for after Christmas to burn all that eating I will be doing!
