I miss running. I miss writing about running. I miss not being injured.
But since I am, there is no reason to whine about it but patiently wait it out. Not one of my virtues I admit. Being the ever optimist, I always have lots of great and not so great ideas on how to
improve maintain my fitness so that once I can run again, I won’t be huffing and puffing so bad. The first run after a long hiatus always hurts, agree?
So to keep my positive levels at an irritating chirpy high, I am going into overdrive with these fitness motivation posters 🙂
