Was in one of those moods to experiment with healthy cooking ideas and made these super healthy, low cal yet filling and full of taste egg white bites! Really loved them.
There are so many variations to make from this egg white bite recipe, make it vegetarian or add some ham if you need meat!
Egg White Bite Recipe
*set oven to 350 F or 175 deg C.
- 10 eggs whites – good filling up 6 full sized muffin tray cups
- Chopped veggies of your choice, I used whatever was in the fridge at that time – Tomatoes, peppers,cucumbers and carrots
- Seasoning – salt and pepper,I used mixed herbs too. But whatever rocks your boat really.
Add some ham of small pieces of cooked chicken if you need some meat.

roughly around 10 egg whites – Looks like a lot right.. You don’t have to eat them all at one shot, keep for breakfast the next day or as an in between snack during meals.
You can use mini muffin trays or the full-sized ones. I used the full-sized ones.
Put the veggies in and pour egg white over to fill them up. Bake for 20min and viola!
