Shortly after I blogged about the Nike She Runs Sg that would be happening on 11th May 2013, Nike Running has recognised my passion for fitness and running and has invited me to join them to be part of the fiercely feminine crew. Yay!
Check out the cool note they sent. As you can see, they have a few activities planned leading up to the main event itself. This couldn’t have come at a better time because I am now 90% healed and will be 100% healed (by faith) by the time of the run, (read how to overcome Plantar Fasciitis)
It would be good to get my fitness back on track and Nike She Runs Sg will be my first personal run of 2013! (JP morgan doesn’t count as that is a corporate event).
FYI – all 8000 slots were snapped up like hotcakes! So promising 🙂 This means that there are so many like-minded active ladies out there. Hope they have more slots next year!
Stay tuned as I share with you awesome tips on how to prepare for runs, how to run better, what to expect and much more whether you are a first timer or a seasoned runner 🙂

Can’ t wait to see what my personalised session entails, I really need to get my fitness level back ( hands up those who need to do the same) and while it’s no easy task, it can be done if you put your mind to it although having customised gear from Nike helps a lot haha.
* I am sure each of you have different reasons why you signed up. For me, it’s a commitment to my love for running, restart my training and build up my mileage all over again. It’s sad when you have to rebuild your foundation base miles all over again due to injury but hey, we all got to get up when we fall don’t we?
Who has registered for the Nike She Runs Sg 2013? What were your reasons for doing so?
