Personal Vital Greens Review
On the whole, I think vital greens is a convenient way to get in the right amount of nutrients especially for people who find it hard to get the right amount of due to diary, wheat and other diet restrictions. Also good for non veggie lovers. For me, I take it whenever I am running short of time, I don’t have a problem consuming veggies so this for me is rather something to aid (see benefits above) rather than replace. You are what you eat so if you are just depending on this for a healthy diet while still eating junk food the majority of the time, then you should adjust your expectations accordingly.
