Thanks for stumbling upon this space.
Activities like Bikram Yoga, rock climbing, diving and trekking and traveling are some of the things that make me extremely happy.
Suggest any sport to me and I will definitely try it out at least once.
While I am no expert, I do have a strong interest in eating clean and have a passion for pursuing things that make me healthy and happy
I realised that there were a lot of lifestyle bloggers around but fitness bloggers?
So I started Off she went to serve as an encouragement for normal people like you and I who strive to get fit but succumb to weaknesses at the same time; and also to document my lifelong journey into positive living.
I curate content and scour the web for resources that will help you and me get healthy and happy. Writing reviews, articles on health and fitness, sharing recipes on my experiments in the kitchen and penning the occasional travel guide are the other stuff that get posted too.
I can go on forever but I won’t.
In the meantime, here’s hoping that my posts will either inspire or at least forge a bond that there are people out there like you and I.
